kermit the frenchie
Kermit is a 6-year old Frenchie visiting from Northern California. He's been romping around with Riptide a few days this past week. Kermit is one lucky pup. Just before he arrived, he was bitten by a rattlesnake. His owner had to get the anti-venom from a human hospital since the vet was out. Scary! But, he's running around having a blast as if it never happened.

Lucky Kermit! No rattlesnakes here, thank goodness. There are adders, which are poisonous and can kill a dog, but they are quite shy and we've never come across one. Do you get anything dangerous on your beach?

nothing too scary at our beach. the biggest threat are aggressive dogs with owners that don't control them. i've seen more dog fights than i care for.
