we're back!

We're back in San Diego - on our home turf!

Bella (AKA No-No-Bad-Dog) attempts to nab Dude's toy from Riptide. Where's Dude?

A couple of surfers and their dog arrive for some fun.

Tom (R) and friend have a deep discussion. Their dogs (Sissy on right) use this time wisely.

So glad the beach is back open! We sure wish we could go there...it looks like a lot of fun!

Ohh, that's Sato the big fluffy Akita laying down. I got her name yesterday. I forget the 2leggers name ~ cool pictures and welcome back :) ..

San Diego's Dog Beach (in Ocean Beach) is the original leash-free dog beach. It's a stretch of sand and ocean that is one big 24-hour playground for canines and humans. This unique place is home to many, and a special trip for others. There is always a story to tell. I'm lucky enough to visit Dog Beach nearly every day, and this blog is my way of sharing a wonderful place with anyone who loves dogs, the beach, or both.

My home office is only a mile away from the Pacific Ocean, which allows me to enjoy mornings at San Diego's most excellent leash-free beach with my dogs. Social and exercise time for all of us.
