brody & mickey

There's another Jen at the beach with two bulldogs. Only hers aren't Frenchies. I've introduced you to Brody & Mickey before. Since we haven't seen them in ages, I thought it was due for a refresher. And this time, they don't have to share a frame.

Brody's favorite game is "chase the imaginary ball." Eric, Copper's human, throws it best.

Mickey is all about his ball, frisbee, or whatever toy he brings along. He doesn't want to play with anyone else, and he certainly isn't open to others taking part in the fun.

OMG great place to be! our little poodle would love to live there, so do I obviously, instead this cold town in Montana.

About This Blog

San Diego's Dog Beach (in Ocean Beach) is the original leash-free dog beach. It's a stretch of sand and ocean that is one big 24-hour playground for canines and humans. This unique place is home to many, and a special trip for others. There is always a story to tell. I'm lucky enough to visit Dog Beach nearly every day, and this blog is my way of sharing a wonderful place with anyone who loves dogs, the beach, or both.

I'm a PR gun for hire that spends much of my day tied to the computer or iPhone. After moving to San Diego from the Midwest 14 years ago, I never looked back. I found my home. My home office is only a mile away from the Pacific Ocean, which allows me to enjoy mornings at San Diego's most excellent leash-free beach with my dogs. Social and exercise time for all of us.
